Originally from the North East, I usually refer to myself as a tri-state transplant.....born in Philadelphia, raised in South Jersey and spending lots of time in the "Big Apple", New York City.....talk about diversity; the combination gave me an opportunity to meet lots of interesting people.

My designation as a CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, has helped me to work smarter for those sellers caught in the confusion of today's Real Estate market! What is a Short Sale is a common question today. Is the only way out of this nightmare to let the bank foreclose is another! I can provide my seller’s answers that will help them find the best direction for their individual situation. It also helps me with my buyers; I know the questions to ask of the listing agents regarding the short sale my buyer is interested in; how many loans and who are the lenders as an example!

Love working with corporate transferees; to see them settled into a new home and area is satisfying. Having personal experience on both sides of this type of transaction I understand the challenges.

Working with a buyer, my goal is to help them find the best possible property at a fair price. Working with a seller my goal, especially in today's difficult market,  is to sell the property as quickly as possible for a price the market will bear; one that the house, neighborhood and market will support. Every situation is different; that's what makes Real Estate interesting!
